About Us

Situated on the hillside overlooking the village of Betws-y-coed, yet only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of the village, Aberconwy House is a guest house that has stunning views over Betws-y-coed and the Gwydyr Forest. We recently took over Aberconwy House in May 2017 and endeavour to offer you a place to stay that is comfortable, warm and welcoming. Although we have not lived here long, we have managed to gain a good local knowledge of walks and places of interest, including where to eat and drink in the area.

We have rooms for couples, friends and families, ranging from our romantic Four Poster double, twin or triple rooms if there is a crowd of you. There are four front facing rooms that enjoy the view and with two ground floor rooms, one of which is a suite that includes a small sitting area, you have plenty to choose from.

We have our own carpark, allowing one car per room which is situated directly in front of Aberconwy House and is set up away from the main road. Our dining rooms look out onto the Snowdonia view and we provide a hearty breakfast using local Welsh produce, that will set you up to venture into the mountains and valleys of Snowdonia National Park.
