About Us
Many visitors to the area may not even realise that there is a golf course in Betws-y-coed, but this hidden beauty is well worth a few hours of any golfers’ time.
The course offers a 9-hole riverside parkland layout, with a stunning backdrop provided by the Eryri mountain range and the Gwydyr Forest, prompting the well deserved reputation as the “Jewel of the Nines”.
A round of golf at Betws-y-coed can be enjoyed by golfers of all abilities with its tight, relatively short layout, numerous hazards and well-guarded greens providing a true test for anybody. Visitors are warmly welcomed, throughout the year, to experience what Today’s Golfer magazine described as “A little haven of un-tempered beauty that will enhance any round of golf”.
The clubhouse at Betws-y-coed golf club provides a wide range of refreshments, though it is advised to check on opening times. You will struggle to find a nicer setting to sit and relax, on a warm sunny day, than the large patio area overlooking the final green.
A range of Green Fees can be booked online via the club website, which also provides a host of other information to help you plan your visit.

Visiting Golfers
A standard green fee at Betws-y-coed Golf Club is around £30 for 18 holes, though this may vary dependant on day and time. You can find more information on our Green Fee Information page….
Club competitions generally take place on a Saturday or Sunday, “Ladies Day” is a Tuesday, and the Senior Section meet on a Wednesday morning. These would typically be the more difficult times to book a visiting tee time, but feel free to give us a call to find out. You can also have a look at the club fixture list here…
