Discover a new dining taste with the thrill of the Grill – a section of our menu covers food totally cooked over charcoal on the Josper, an authentic bbq oven.
If you’re a steak lover then one of our secret weapons is the Dry Ager – one of the oldest techniques out there.
Dry ageing produces a steak that’s incomparable to an ordinary cut of beef, with an aroma reminiscent of butter and nuts – sounds delicious? It is!
