About Us

David and Chris welcome you to enjoy the whole of their beautiful four bedroom property; adjacent to Snowdonia National Park, & convenient for all Zip World locations (10-mins to ZW Fforest), Surf Snowdonia, hiking/cycling trails & kayaking.

We are a ten-minute walk to the centre of Llanrwst, a traditional Welsh market town with pubs & restaurants, co-op, etc. Fully equipped kitchen with large oven range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

This is an "upside down" house! Views of the adjacent Snowdonia range from the upper floor which has the dining room (seats 6 comfortably), and two reception rooms.

Boasting four bedrooms on the entrance & lower floors - two with a double bed, one with a pair of single beds, and one smaller with a bunk bed only (no wardrobe - houses combi boiler in closet). One bedroom is ensuite, rest sharing the master bathroom.
