Right in the heart of Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to Eryri Snowdonia National Park, Black Rock Coffi is an independent speciality coffee shop with a laid-back vibe, a love for great coffee and a real sense of place. Surrounded by mountains, woodland and some of North Wales’ most iconic scenery, we’ve created a space that feels easy-going, welcoming and a little bit special.
At Black Rock Coffi, we think good coffee is about more than just what’s in the cup. It’s about sourcing beans we genuinely rate, using the right kit and taking the time to get every detail right. Alongside our speciality coffee, you’ll find a carefully chosen selection of homemade bakes and quality products, kept simple, considered and always worth coming back for.
Our coffee shop is a place to slow things down a bit. A spot to meet friends, plan your next walk, grab a proper coffee before heading into the hills or just take five and enjoy the moment. Whether you’re fresh off the trail, wandering through the village or settling in for a while, we want every visit to feel relaxed, genuine and memorable.
Community means a lot to us. We love working with local businesses, musicians and other independents and we’re always keen to celebrate the creativity and character that make Betws-y-Coed and the wider North Wales scene so unique.
